AV Service and Maintenance

Service and Maintenance

True Productions services and maintains AV systems across Atlanta.
Repair calls, scheduled maintenance, and service agreements, run by specialized, in-house technicians.Service is the quiet end of our full service list.

Priced Before You Call

You should know the number before you dial it. One call fee covers the first hour and the drive, and time after that is billed by the hour. A long drive does not quietly turn into billable hours. If we can talk your tech through it over the phone, nobody sends an invoice.

AV service agreements

Scheduled visits, priority scheduling, and a tech who has stood in your room before. Written against your system, not a template.

Repair and troubleshooting

A speaker gone quiet, a projector that will not sync, a console nobody has opened in two years. You do not need an agreement to book the call.

Preventive maintenance visits

Amps, DSP settings, firmware, terminations, and rigging hardware checked on a schedule. We find the failing part in a quiet room instead of during a service.

Service for systems we did not install

We survey what you have and tell you honestly what is worth keeping. Another integrator's labels and all.

One technician for the first hour on site. That is a $179 service call plus a $100 travel fee within 25 miles of Doraville.

Billed by the hour on site. The travel fee is charged once per call, no matter how long the work runs.

Emergency service pricing may vary based on availability.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

What does a service agreement include?

Scheduled visits on a set interval, priority scheduling when something breaks, and a tech who already has your as-builts.
Written against your system and your calendar.

Do you service systems you did not install?

Yes. We survey what you have, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and take it on under a service agreement.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the Atlanta metro, including Sandy Springs, Marietta, and Alpharetta, plus the wider Southeast. We travel beyond that for the right job.

Is the call still billed if the fix takes ten minutes?

Yes. One hour is the minimum, because the truck rolled either way. If we can solve it over the phone with your tech, there is nothing to bill.

Do we need a service agreement to call you?

No. A one-off call is billed at the rates above. An agreement gets you scheduled visits and priority scheduling, and it changes how the billing works.

How fast can you get someone out?

Tell us what is down and when doors are, and we will tell you on the phone what we can do. We would rather say no than miss a window you planned around.

Do you keep the documentation from our install?

Yes. As-builts, show files, DSP presets, and panel labels stay with us as well as with you, and we update them after every visit.
